Caesars Enjoyment Inc. plans in order to transform Bally’s Las Vegas into a Horseshoe casino through a multimillion-dollar renovation project beginning this spring. The rebranding will allow the World Series associated with Poker to reunite with the Horseshoe brand – its original residence – for over a new dozen years on the Rio.
